Creating a brand that truly reflects your vision requires a collaborative approach and a streamlined process. Together, we will develop a brand that aligns perfectly with your business goals, you'll see your brand's story come to life quickly and beautifully!

phase 1 — prepare

BEFORE START DATE

To begin our journey together I will invite you my client portal which will allow us to collaborate on everything smoothly, sharing files and feedback all in one place! You will then complete the client prep work, including signing the contract, paying the 50% deposit invoice, and filling out the detailed brand strategy questionnaire.

phase 2 — align

DAY 1

I will take your questionnaire answers, research competitors, and gather inspiration. Based on this information, I’ll craft two creative directions with moodboards and color palettes so you can select the one that best aligns with your vision.

phase 3 — design

DAYS 2-7

Here is where your new brand will come to life! I’ll start with sketching logo concepts and experiment with typography. One concept that embodies the highest quality design for your business will be crafted. Followed by a brand presentation that explains each creative choice and why it makes sense for your business.

phase 4 — revise

DAYS 8-14

There will be one full week dedicated to revising your brand identity. You will provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving the brand presentation, and I will implement the requested edits within the same day. This process of client feedback, implementation, and revision will continue until you are fully satisfied or until the week is over!

phase 5 — launch!

DAY 15

After receiving final approval on all design elements and processing the final payment, I will send over all files to you + your brand guidelines showing how to use your new brand assets + launch graphics to introduce the new look! Prep work is key! Every project includes a questionnaire to nail down the creative direction before the project starts! When that's done, I start brainstorming ideas and know what I want to design by the time our project begins.
My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts!
Most of our communication will be through my Notion Client Portal. This is where you fill out your questionnaire, view presentations, and give feedback! This keeps everything in one place in case we need to reference back.
I am American from Virginia currently living in Cairo, Egypt! I've worked with clients all over the world, and I always consider their time zones when sending updates and uploading presentations.
Yes! A 50% deposit is paid before any work begins, and a 50% deposit is paid at the end of the project before the final files are sent. If you need a more custom plan just let me know and we can work it out!
